A man has been charged in connection with a shooting earlier this month in Brierley Hill.
A team of detectives have been investigating since the incident happened in Amblecote Road at around 2pm on 15 August.
Adan Naheem, aged 30, of Dudley, has now been charged with possession of firearm with intent to endanger life and section 18 wounding.
The victim sustained leg injuries which were thankfully not life-threatening.
Two other men who were arrested after the incident on suspicion of violent disorder have since been bailed.
Naheem was remanded in custody and will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today.
