A man is due in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving, following a fatal crash in Dudley earlier this week.
Kuba Oles, will appear before Dudley Magistrates, tomorrow.
The 24-year-old, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley will stand accused of causing the death of a teenager on Thursday night. Georgie Ann Evans was pronounced dead at the scene whilst a passenger suffered non life threatening injuries.
Oles has also been charged with failing to stop at a road accident, failing to report an accident and a further offence for dangerous driving earlier this month.
