A burglar has told been he faces a long jail term following the attempted murder of a 73 year-old security guard in a raid on a Brierley Hill factory.
Lee Parsons was caught on CCTV hitting Joginder Singh Mattu with a shovel before kicking him about the head and body at Stoke Forgings in March.
At Wolverhampton Crown Court, 44 year-old Parsons of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to attempting to murder Mr. Mattu at the factory in Vine Street.
