Mayor Of Dudley To Lead Minutes Silence For Victims Of Manchester Attack

The Mayor of Dudley will lead a minute’s silence to remember the victims of the terror attack in Manchester.

It will be held at 10am tomorrow (Wednesday May 24) at Coronation Gardens, Dudley. Councillor Dave Tyler, the Mayor of Dudley, said:

“We are deeply saddened by the tragic events in Manchester.  Our thoughts and deepest sympathy are with the victims and the families and friends of those affected.  

“Tomorrow we invite people from all communities to unite and join us in a minute’s silence to reflect on yesterday’s event and to remember those that have sadly lost their lives in such awful circumstances.”

The Dudley Council House flag has been flown at half mast today as a mark of respect.
