Midlands restaurant chain opens at Merry Hill

A restaurant chain, founded in the Midlands has launched its latest outlet in the Merry Hill Centre.

Burger & Sauce opened its doors earlier this month and is the final arrival in the centre's leisure quarter, following the arrival of Heavenly Desserts, as well as Wingstop, ASK Italian, wagamama and Toledo Lounge.

More people than ever area are heading to this area of the centre, with footfall up by over 5% this year, making it one of the most buzzing parts of Merry Hill.

Jonathon Poole, Centre Manager at Merry Hill, said: “We know our visitors are looking for more ways to spend time together and the opening of Burger & Sauce adds another great option – with its bold flavours, quick service and all-around fun environment to grab a bite.

“It also marks the final piece in one of the most exciting parts of Merry Hill. Our leisure quarter is now packed with great options for food and fun – our millions of visitors can combine retail therapy and relaxation under one roof."

The openings of Burger & Sauce and Heavenly Desserts follows the news that Funstation, the UK’s ultimate family entertainment experience, will be joining the centre later this year, and will repurpose what remains of the former Debenhams department store, joining up the Harvey Norman flagship store and XF Gym.
