West Midlands Police have arrested two more men after a woman was shot at an address in Dudley earlier this month.
Officers detained a 28-year-old man after a vehicle was stopped on the M40 and a 24-year-old man from an address in Walsall.
The pair have both been detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and theft of a motor vehicle.
They remain in custody for questioning.
It comes as we continue to investigate a firearms discharge in Priory Road on 3 July.
A woman was hit by one of the shots but thankfully her injuries were not life-threatening. Three men - aged between 22 and 35 - have already been charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and theft of a motor vehicle in relation to the incident.
Police are still asking for anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting log 66 of 3 July, or by visiting the Major Incident Public Portal.
Alternatively, people can report anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
