A motorcyclist has sustained life-threatening injures following a road traffic collision in Cradley Heath at the weekend.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Halesowen Road in Cradley Heath shortly before 9pm and sent one ambulance, a paramedic officer and a MERIT trauma doctor and critical care paramedic to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Upon arrival, ambulance staff found one patient, a man who was the motorcyclist who was assessed and had sustained life-threatening injuries.
“He received advanced trauma care from ambulance staff at the scene before being conveyed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital with medics travelling on board for continued treatment en route.”
