A man has been charged following an investigation into multiple shop thefts across Dudley.
Robert Philpott, of Birmingham, has been charged with three counts of shop theft.
It follows an investigation by Dudley’s Local Action Team into shop thefts taking place on 15, 23, and 28 April in the Kingswinford and Stourbridge area.
After carrying out a CCTV trawl a man was identified and arrested on High Street, Lye, on 1 May.
The 42-year-old has been bailed and is due to appear at Dudley Magistrates’ Court on 2 June.
