An elderly woman suffered serious injuries after being caught between a car and a bus in Oldbury

The incident happened on Castle Road West at about 10.00am yesterday morning. 

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said the woman was standing next to the car when the collision happened.

The woman, who was in her 70s, was taken to the major trauma centre at the Q.E. Hospital in Birmingham.
