Visitors to Dudley Zoo and Castle are guaranteed a cracking time this Easter.
There's lots of egg-citement at the Midlands attraction with the arrival of Helga, the wolverine, a brand new species for the zoo. There's also a number of baby animals to spot, including gorgeous Gizmo, the giant anteater pup and barbary lambs, Claire, Jorge and Stella.
Down on the farm there will be craft and colouring activities, as well as an Easter trail around the 40-acre zoo site, with an animal adoption up for grabs for one lucky visitor.
Throughout the holidays, Education Presenters will be delivering informative conservation talks each day too, providing visitors with plenty of fun facts about some of the incredible animals in the zoo’s 1,600 strong animal collection, including the Patagonian sea lions. Zoo Manager Matt Lewis, said:
“With a new animal to learn more about, baby animals to spot and crafts, talks and trails to take part in, there’s something for all the family at DZC this Easter.”
