Officers investigating a reported incident in Dudley are keen to speak to the driver and passenger of a car as part of their enquiries.
Police are working to establish the exact circumstances around the report, and to make sure the people inside the car are okay.
Officers are carrying out CCTV and other enquiries, and would like to speak to anyone who can assist or who was in the area at around 3.30pm on Friday.
