Raise money for St Basils around Birmingham's historic canals

The St Basils Birmingham Canal Ring cycling event is the perfect opportunity for cycling enthusiasts to explore the city's hidden gems while supporting a great cause.

Scheduled for Saturday, May 13th, this event aims to raise funds for St Basils charity, which provides vital support to young homeless people in the Midlands.

Participants who complete the 36-mile route in approximately 6 hours will receive a limited-edition medal of honour as a symbol of their achievement. Steve Rainbow events manager for St Basils said:

“If you're looking for an adventure that combines history, exercise, and a good cause, the Birmingham Canal Ring cycling event is the perfect choice.

“On May 13th, join other thrill-seekers as you pedal your way through Birmingham's historic canal network, all while raising funds for St Basils charity.

"Not only will you get to complete a challenging 36-mile route in approximately 6 hours, but you'll also receive a limited-edition medal of honour as a badge of your accomplishment.

"By participating, you'll be helping St Basils provide support and accommodation to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

“Hop on your bike and make a real difference in the lives of young people in the Midlands.”

St. Basils is a homelessness charity that operates in the West Midlands region of the UK.
