Halesowen Town first-team manager, Russ Penn has left his position at the club.
Club bosses said the decision was "by mutual consent", following the Yeltz 5-1 defeat, away to Racing Club Warwick on Tuesday.
During his time at The Grove, Russ has guided the Yeltz to consecutive play-off appearances, providing some memorable moments along the way.
A club spokesperson said: "Keith McKenna and the football club would like to place on record their sincere thanks to Russ for his hard work, dedication and commitment throughout his time with us.
"We wish Russ all the very best for the future."
Paul Holleran will take interim charge of first-team affairs, supported by Ryan Conneely and Lewis Solly.
