A second manm Bzar Sulamaiman has been charged with wounding and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place after an incident in Cradley Heath last week.
The 42-year-old, who was arrested on Friday, was due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Saturday.
Another man, aged 22, was charged last week with the same offences and has been remanded in custody by Wolverhampton Magistrates Court to appear at the city’s Crown Court on 3 September.
