Shell Corner gets replica of monument which gave it its name

A replacement monument has been installed on Halesowen’s Shell Corner which first gave it its distinctive name.

A replica of the First World War artillery shell, which went missing in the 1970s, has been put in place at the junction of Long lane and Maple Road.
