A teenager has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision in Weston Street, Walsall on Thursday 2nd August.
A 17-year-old boy lost his life when the car he was in collided with parked cars in the early hours of the morning.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has also been charged with driving without a licence, no insurance and failing to stop at the scene.
He has been remanded in police custody to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court this morning.
