
A teenager has been charged after three people were assaulted in Birmingham city centre on Tuesday.
The group of friends were threatened and assaulted on Corporation Street at around 1:10am. Officers including firearms, PD Wes and his handler raced to the scene and arrested two people nearby.
A 17-year-old boy was charged with three counts of assault and possession of an offensive weapon. He was remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday. An 18-year-old man who was also arrested has been released with a caution.
