A third person’s appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court charged with the murder of a 33-year-old man in West Bromwich last year.
Jaspal Rai, previously from the West Bromwich area, is charged with the murder of Carl Campbell, who was shot as he sat in his car on West Bromwich High Street on December 27.
24-year-old Rai was detained in Belgium under a European Arrest Warrant in January before being extradited back to the UK.
Two other men, 19-year-old Mohammed Humza and 24-year-old Vikesh Chauhan, both from the West Bromwich area, were previously charged with the murder on 29 December.
