Three people were arrested following a fight in Stourbridge High Street in the early hours of Sunday.
A 21 year-old man was charged with possession of a bladed weapon. He was released on bail to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court on November 22.
Two women, aged 46 and 49, were arrested on suspicion of assault and later released pending further investigation.
