Tory Councillor steps down

A High profile Conservative councillor has resigned from her post on Dudley Council.

Natalie Neale was elected to represent Kingswinford North and Wall Heath in 2014 and earlier this year was promoted to the shadow cabinet as spokesman for health and well-being.

Ms Neale said she was stepping down because of personal reasons.

Her resignation leaves the seat vacant until next May – unless a by-election is called before then.
