Hollybush Garden Centre in Shareshill will host a two-day live gardening event, 'The Spring Edit with Mr Plant Geek', featuring nationally recognised plant expert Michael Perry.
Designed as a seasonal retail and education event, The Spring Edit will deliver a programme of free, practical gardening sessions aimed at helping customers make confident planting decisions at the start of the peak spring season.
Across 18th - 19th April, visitors will be able to attend a series of live demonstrations, including Spring planting tips and a houseplant masterclass. Each session is designed to provide clear, practical advice, with a focus on what to plant now, how to care for it, and how to create lasting results at home.
Michael Perry, widely known as Mr Plant Geek, will lead all sessions, sharing his expertise across seasonal planting, houseplants and container design.
Rebecca Underwood, Marketing Manager at Hollybush Garden Centre, said: “Spring is the most important moment in the gardening calendar, and many customers are looking for clear, simple guidance on what to do next.
"The Spring Edit is designed to give people that confidence. It brings together expert advice, curated plant selections and practical demonstrations in one place.”
The event will take place within a dedicated indoor space adjacent to the Outdoor Plants department, allowing visitors to move directly from inspiration to purchase. Curated plant ‘edits’, bundles and project-based solutions will be available throughout the weekend, alongside guidance from the Hollybush team.
Hollybush Garden Centre, a family-owned business set across twenty acres, is known for its home-grown plants, curated retail ranges and focus on creating welcoming, experience-led environments for visitors.
The Spring Edit also supports the business’s ongoing investment in customer experience, community engagement and loyalty, with additional in-store incentives available across the weekend.
The event is free to attend, with no booking required.
