A Black Country company which was under threat, has been saved, along with 78 jobs.
H & E Knowles has factories in Cradley and Quarry Bank and was sold by by Mazars UK LLP, the international professional services firm, this week.
The company, which manufactured products including garden-ware, had been in financial difficulty since investing heavily in 2015.
The firm was fined £18,000 in 2012 after a worker suffered severe head injuries in a metal press.
