Visitors In For A Treat This Halloween At The Black Country Museum

Trick or treat along the gas lit cobbled streets and experience thrilling street entertainment from circus performers, fire-jugglers, magicians, a ‘spookified’ mine and more!

The museum is gearing up to host its ever-popular Halloween evenings across its award-winning 26 acres. Visitors can brave the creepy crawlie display, meet creepy characters or win a prize for best-dressed ghoul in a costume parade. Daring patrons can even descend on foot ‘into the thick’ of the Museum’s ‘spookified’ mine.

The team are also hosting Creepy Critters half term activities between 22nd and 30th October which will keep you and your little monsters both delighted and disgusted with crafts, games and hands on activities. From fleas to plague rats, discover the critters that bugged the Black Country folk of the past as costumed characters explain what it was like to wage a daily war against putrid pests!

Book before 11th September and save 10% on tickets with adults paying £14.40 and children paying £8.10. The museums ‘UnChained Annual Pass’, which allows visitors to pay once and visit for 12 months, is also valid for the Creepy Critters half term activities, meaning families can visit as many times as they like during October half term!
