A Wordsley woman claims she was served a raw hamburger at a Kingswinford branch of McDonalds.
Lucy Whitehouse, was sold the quarter pounder with cheese from the Dudley Road fast food store on Good Friday.
She later posted a picture of the burger on social media.
However, McDonalds defended its rigorous standards and stressed that food safety is their highest priority.
