Author Tina Shelton will be at Dudley Library on Friday 9th May between 1.30 and 3.30 pm to talk about her experience and her books on the practice of fasting and its health benefits. Tina is passionate about sharing simple steps to improve people's quality of life and is dedicated to empowering her readers to adopt a positive mindset and enjoy a healthy, relaxed lifestyle through fasting practices. There will be chance to ask questions and buy Tina's books and have them signed by the author. Light refreshments available. This is a free event.
