The body of a woman has been found on the ground floor of the Pool Road multi-storey car park in Halesowen.
The discovery was made at around 6am this morning (Thursday) and police and ambulance crews were called to the scene. A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance said:
"We were called at 5.42 to a location just outside Halesowen Leisure Centre to reports of a woman on the ground of a multi-storey car park and sent an ambulance, a doctor, a paramedic officer and a specialist paramedic to the incident.
"Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent there was nothing we could do to save the woman's life and she was confirmed dead at the scene."
