A Dudley man has admitted falsely claiming more than £15,000 in state benefits by failing to reveal he owned a second house which he was renting out.
52 year-old Mohammed Hussain, had a house in Lupin Road, Kates Hill, but he’d also bought a second property in the town, Wolverhampton Crown Court heard.
Hussain, who can’t work because of health reasons, admitted making a false representation to obtain benefits. He’ll be sentenced when the full facts of his finances can be assessed.
