Police are appealing for witnesses after three people were attacked as they left a Stourbridge pub in the early hours of Sunday.

A 23-year old man was taken to hospital after he was hit repeatedly by two offenders who threw a cigarette machine at him at the Glassworks pub in Wordsley. 

Two women also suffered minor injuries. All three victims are staff members of the pub, and the attack, which happened around 1am, is thought to have been part of a robbery.
